Ingredients:
- Maida 1.5 cups (225g)
- Baking powder 1 tsp (4g)
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Curd 1 cup (250ml)
- 1/4 cup (160g)
- Oil 1/2 cup (120ml)
- Tutti frutti 50g
- Cherry 4-5
- Sift together maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder; Keep this aside
- Beat together curd, sugar and oil until combined well
- Add half portion of the flour mix and dry fruit mix
- Fold in gently
- Add the remaining flour and fruit mix
- Mix well and the cake batter is ready now
- Transfer this to a baking tin lined with baking paper
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for about 40- 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 95 degree Celsius
- Take it out from the oven
- Allow this to cool down completely
- Slice and enjoy!
