Ingredients:
- Boiled potato 2 (150g)
- Carrot 1 (120g)
- Frozen green peas 1/2 cup (100g)
- Cabbage 1/2 cup (50g)
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chilli 2
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Samosa sheet
- Refined flour 2 tbs
- Water 50ml
- Heat up oil in a pan
- Add onion and stir and cook for 4 minutes
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir & cook for 1 minute
- Add carrot, cabbage and green peas
- Stir well and sprinkle some water
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes
- Add boiled potato and coriander leaves
- Add salt as needed
- Mix well
- Turn off the heat and allow the filling to cool down completely.
- Mix refined flour and water and make a paste.
- Fold and shape the samosa sheet
- Fill the prepared vegetable filling
- Use the flour paste to seal the ends
- Deep fry in moderately hot oil till golden color
- Remove from oil
- Serve the delicious crispy samosa with tea
