Easy Egg Roast
- Boiled eggs 4
- Garlic cloves 6
- Chilli powder 1.5 tbs
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbs
- Salt
- Add oil in a pan
- When it is hot enough add crushed garlic and sauté for a while
- Add chilli powder and turmeric powder
- Stir for a few seconds till the raw smell disappear
- Add vinegar, salt and 2 tbs of water
- add the boiled and halved eggs
- Turn after 30 seconds
- Switch off the flame after 20 seconds
- Serve hot with hot rice
