ഇനി ചപ്പാത്തി ഉണ്ടാക്കി ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടേണ്ട,വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ സോഫ്റ്റ് ഗോതമ്പു ബ്രെഡ് വീട്ടിലുണ്ടാക്കാം


Ingredients:
  • Whole wheat flour 300g
  • Maida 300g
  • Milk 180g
  • Water 195g
  • Sugar 60g
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Instant dry yeast 1 tsp
  • Milk powder 1 tbs (10g)
  • Soft butter 60g
Method:
  • Mix together whole wheat flour, maida and milk powder and keep aside
  • To a large mixing bowl add milk, water, sugar, yeast, salt and butter
  • To this wet mix add the flour mix
  • Combine everything well and give a ball shape to this
  • Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes, knead the dough lightly and make it smooth
  • Cover and keep aside until the dough becomes double in size
  • When it is ready, knead again to expel the air 
  • Divide into 2 equal portions and shape into balls
  •  Take one dough ball and roll out to a rectangle
  • Roll it from one end to form a log and pinch the edge
  • Transfer this to a bread tin and keep aside for 30 - 45 minutes
  • Do the same with the other dough ball as well
  • After 45 minutes bake at 190 degree Celsius for 32 minutes or the internal temperature becomes 92 degree Celsius
  • Take out from oven and remove from the tin
  • Allow this to cool down completely
  • When it is cool slice and enjoy
