Ingredients:
- Maida 140g
- Eggs 2
- Egg yolk 1
- Butter 110g(melted)
- Sugar 100g + 100g
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Lime juice 1 tsp
- Lime zest
- Mix together maida, baking powder and salt
- Combine sugar, lime zest, eggs, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla essence, lime juice and butter
- Add the dry ingredients and fold in gently
- Transfer to a baking tin
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 28 - 30 minutes
- Allow this to cool down
- Prepare the glaze by combining powdered sugar and lime juice
- Pour this over the brownie and spread it evenly
- Allow this to sit for 20 minutes to dry
- When it is ready cut into square pieces and enjoy
