Ingredients:
- Carrot 2 grated (175g)
- Maida 2 cups (260g)
- Baking powder 1 tsp (4g)
- Baking soda 1.2 tsp (2g)
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 3
- Oil 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Jaggery powder 1/2 cup (100g)
- Sugar 6 tbs (90g)
- Butter milk 1 cup
- Lemon zest 1tsp
- Combine all the ingredients together
- Transfer to muffin molds
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 22 - 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 92 degree Celsius.
- Easy muffins are ready
