Ingredients:
- Pasta 200g*
- Chicken 300g
- Mushroom 200g
- Onion 1 (100g)
- Garlic 10 cloves (10g)
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Green chilli 2
- Curd 2 tsp
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and curd
- Keep aside for 15 minutes
- Mean while boil 2 litre of water
- Add salt
- Add pasta and cook according to packet instructions
- When it is done, strain the pasta and keep aside
- Heat up 1 tbs oil and 2 tsp butter
- Add marinated chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes
- Remove from pan and keep aside
- Add more oil and 2 tsp butter to the same pan
- Add chopped onion and green chilli
- Saute till the onion become transparent
- Add chopped mushroom and crushed garlic
- Cook for 6-7 minutes until they become brown in color
- Add 1 cup of pasta cooked water and fresh cream
- When it begin to boil add cooked pasta and fried chicken
- Mix well
- Add some coriander leaves
- Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 5 minute
- Turn off the flame
- Allow it to rest for 10 minutes
- Open the pot and serve the delicious pasta hot.
