Ingredients:
- Chicken 650g
- Ginger 1 small piece (8g)
- Garlic 10 cloves (10g)
- Green chilly 3
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tbs
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 2tsp
- Vinegar 1/2 tsp
- Coconut oil 1 tbs
- Onion 2 medium
- Curry leaves 3 sprigs
- Thin coconut milk 1cup
- Thick coconut milk 1/2 cup
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients, except coconut milk for 30 minutes
- Then add the thin coconut milk and cook the chicken on medium flame until tender (20-25 minutes)
- Finally add the thick coconut milk
- Turn off the heat when just begin to boil
- Serve with appam/chapati/pathiri/noolappam/bread etc.
