Ingredients:
- pasta 1 cup (100g)
- Chicken 100g
- Tomato 1 (100g)
- Onion 1/2 (50g)
- Garlic 10 cloves (15g)
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tbs
- Thyme 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Cheese 1/4 cup
- Butter 2 tbs (30g)
- Coconut oil 1 tbs
- Salt
- Water 2 cups
Method
- Heat up butter and coconut oil
- Add sliced onion and stir on medium high flame for 6-7 minutes
- Add garlic and stir for 1 minute
- Add pureed tomato and salt
- Cover and cook till the oil begin to separate
- Add oregano, thyme, chilli flakes, pepper powder and garam masala
- Stir for 30 seconds on low heat
- Add chicken and stir on medium high flame for 5-6 minutes
- Now add boiling water
- Add pasta and coriander leaves
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes
- Then add cheese and cook for 1 minute more
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve hot
