പാൽപാട കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ബ്രൗണി | Brownie Recipe


Ingredients
  • Butter 150g (10 tbs)
  • Sugar 250g (1.25 cups)
  • Cocoa powder 80g (1/3 cup+2tbs)
  • Maida 1/2 cup (65g)
  • Eggs 2
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Instant coffee powder 1/2 tsp
  • Raisins 30g
  • Cashews 50g
Method
  • Combine butter, sugar, salt, coffee powder and cocoa powder in a heat safe bowl
  • Boil some water in a sauce pan
  • Place the bowl over the sauce pan
  • Stir till the butter has melted
  • Remove the bowl from the saucepan and allow the mix to cool
  • Add the eggs one at a time stirring thoroughly after each addition
  • Add in vanilla and flour to the mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  • Add the nuts and raisins 
  • Pour this into a 7"square tin lined with baking paper
  • Bake at 170 degree Celsius for 25 - 30 minutes
  • Take out from the oven and allow the brownie to cool down completely
  • Cut into small squares and serve.
