Bazlama
Ingredients :
- all purpose flour / maida - 500 g
- instant yeast - 1 tsp
- warm milk - 150 ml ( 1/2 cup + 2 tbs )
- warm water - 150 ml ( 1/2 cup + 2 tbs )
- sugar - 1 tbs ( 15 g )
- olive oil - 1 tbs ( 15 ml )
- salt - 1 tsp ( 8 g )
- to brush on top - melted butter, coriander leaves , chilly flakes
- combine milk, water, yeast and sugar
- add flour and then salt
- mix everything very well and knead for 1- 1 1/2 minutes
- add oil and knead until combined well
- cover and keep aside until double in size
- then degas the dough and divide into 6 pieces
- shape them into balls
- roll out each balls into a circle of 1/4 inches thickness
- cook them on hot skillet on medium heat
- brush butter on top and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and chilly flakes
