Ingredients;
- Mushroom 200g
- Paneer 180g
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Green chilli 2
- Ginger a small piece
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Cumin 1/4 tsp
- Heat up oil in a pan
- Add cumin followed by onion and green chilli
- Stir and cook till onions turns golden
- Add chopped ginger and crushed garlic
- Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes
- Add salt
- Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes
- Add chilli flakes, turmeric powder and garam masala
- Add grated paneer and cook for 2 minutes
- Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot
